Meeting People Where They Are: Black Mental Health and the Critical Role of the Church

Janet Williams serves as Director of Community Outreach and is the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Project Manager for Autism Speaks. Janet is a passionate advocate for the needs of individuals living with autism, as well as their parents, and a champion for diversity. In addition, Janet is also the parent of a Black son with autism. In this webinar, Janet will share her parenting experiences, and also share the critical importance of the Church to help the Black community get the resources and support needed for children with mental health needs.
