Coaching @ IFL2022

Ministry leaders and volunteers often face challenging situations.The perspective of a seasoned ministry leader can be invaluable, to help find potential solutions and provide encouragement. We will be offering coaching appointments during IFL2022 to help coachees process situations they may be struggling with and identify next steps for dealing with situations in a healthy way.
