Virtual Roundtable: Harnessing Neurodiverse Talent
Is every member of your church actively serving and contributing to the Body of Christ? God has designed each of us to worship Him, and that includes using our unique gifts in ways that honor Him. In this month’s roundtable, ministry leaders will discuss practical strategies for recruiting and equipping neurodiverse individuals to serve and lead within the church
A Key Ministry Disability Ministry Virtual Roundtable is an interactive, online gathering designed to equip and connect disability ministry leaders, church staff, and volunteers. These roundtables provide a space for collaborative discussion, idea-sharing, and problem-solving around key topics related to welcoming and including individuals and families impacted by disability in the church.
Each session features a focused theme, guided discussion, and opportunities for participants to ask questions, share insights, and learn from experienced ministry leaders and peers. Whether addressing practical strategies, theological perspectives, or innovative ministry approaches, the goal of the roundtable is to foster community, encourage best practices, and support churches in their mission to make disciples of Jesus Christ by ensuring accessibility and belonging for all.
