Adaptive Tools: Show & Tell Roundtable

Practical tools. Real-life solutions. Shared wisdom.

Sometimes the smallest tools make the biggest difference.

In this interactive roundtable, leaders will gather to share and explore adaptive tools that are helping individuals impacted by disability engage more fully in the life of the church. From visual supports and sensory tools to communication aids and simple environmental adjustments, this is a space to learn from what others are actually using week to week.

Together, we’ll ask questions like:

  • What tools have made a measurable difference in your ministry?

  • How do you introduce adaptive supports without singling someone out?

  • What low-cost, simple tools have surprised you the most?

  • How do you equip volunteers to use adaptive tools confidently?

  • Where do tools enhance participation—and where can they unintentionally create dependence?

What makes this a roundtable:
This is a collaborative, show-and-share conversation—not a product demo or presentation. Leaders are invited to bring examples, ideas, and experiences from their own ministries. You’ll gain fresh ideas, practical insight, and perspective shaped by real-world ministry environments.

Whether you’re just starting to build your adaptive toolbox or looking to refine what you’re already using, pull up a chair and join the conversation.
