Important Info for IFL2020 Speakers
Upcoming Deadlines
REGISTER: We ask that all speakers please register by February 12. Use this link to register yourself and up to one guest. Enter Access Code SPEAKER2020, choose ministry track, select your presentations and others you may wish to attend. If you are traveling alone, enter “1” in the Speaker/Spouse section, but leave the Ministry or Family Track set to 0. On the next page, enter your contact information. Select your own presentations, as well as others you would like to attend, and select your meals. The default registration for speakers is Ministry track. Important: If your spouse or coworker is coming, change the Quantity to “2”. Leave the ministry or family track set to 0. On subsequent pages, you will provide name, program selections and meals information for each person in attendance.
HOTEL: To take advantage of the $99/night rate at a hotel one mile from our conference venue, please book through this link. The conference rate is valid through March 23. We encourage you to connect with your fellow speakers through the private Facebook group for IFL2020 Speakers to carpool from the airport/hotel/church.
SLIDES: If your presentation includes slides or video, please place in the folder with your name in IFL2020 Google Drive by April 15. See “Slides & Handouts” below for more information.

Slides & Handouts
SLIDES: Depending on the room you are presenting in, you will either run your slides on a laptop (yours or ours) hooked up to a flat screen TV or your slides will be preloaded by a member of our AV/Tech crew and you will advance them using a clicker. You will be notified prior to the event which type of room you’ll be in. All screens are wide format (16:9). Please drop a copy of your slides in the folder with your name in IFL2020 Google Drive by April 15. If you have any video embedded in your presentation, please also place a copy of it in the Dropbox even if it is embedded in your slides.
HANDOUTS: You are responsible for providing your own handouts. We can provide you with the number of attendees registered for your session(s) closer to the event. If you would like to ship any handouts to us before the conference please send them to: Beth Golik, Bay Presbyterian Church, 25415 Lake Road, Bay Village, OH 44140.
Exhibitor Table
If you indicated on your Speaker Agreement Form that you would like a complimentary exhibitor table, one has been reserved for you. If you are not sure, please contact beth@keyministry.org. If you need to ship items to the venue, please send them to: Beth Golik, Bay Presbyterian Church, 25415 Lake Road, Bay Village, OH 44140. One six ft. table and two chairs will be provided. You will need to provide your own table covering. If you need access to an electrical outlet, please advise. We are unable to staff your table for you while you are presenting.
We will have volunteers on hand to help you set up your table Thursday from 3:00-7:00pm, Friday morning from 7:00-8:00, and Friday afternoon from 4:45-5:45pm.
Meals
You had the option to register for lunch Friday and/or Saturday when you submitted your conference registration. As a speaker, that is part of your complimentary registration package, but we do need you to include it on your registration form so we have accurate numbers for our caterer. If you are unsure whether or not you ordered lunch, please view/edit your registration form; look for the email with the subject line: Order Confirmation for Illuminate: Inclusion Fusion Live 2020 – Tickets attached.
